I’m chatty to my core, so naturally I started a podcast. I never thought I would be talking about sex on the internet, but here we are! I’m so thankful to be living out God’s calling on my life through sharing stories and helping women live shame-free lives.

I'm Hanna!
I’m a Christian, wife, mom, recovered people pleaser, toxic purity culture overcomer, and creator of The Eden.
I’m chatty at my core, so naturally I started a podcast. But I never thought I would talk about sex on the internet, but here we are! I love it so much and fully believe I’m walking in the calling God has for me.
After growing up in purity culture and having a misplaced identity, the intrusive thoughts and lies from Satan started flooding in. While in therapy, I started doing the table method - replacing the lies with truth, and supporting them with God’s Word.
When I started believing the truths and meditating on scripture, my life started to change. When I fully rooted my identity in Jesus, I discovered a confidence I never imagined I could have! I began to live with no shame, just as God intended for me.
It’s my prayer that when you use The Eden or listen to an episode of say what?, you will begin to see your thoughts transformed, your confidence skyrocket, and your shame disappear.
Even more than that, I hope and pray you feel less alone. Love you, friend!
Things I LOVE
My husband, Thomas - he’s my bestfriend and we’re annoyingly obsessed with each other
My son - who loves to say “bless you mama” whenever you cough, sneeze, or sniffle
Taylor Swift - duh
My morning coffee - Golden Caramel Nespresso pod with Sweet Cream creamer
My golden retriever, Theo - even though he broke two bones in my leg and my ankle and now I have a titanium rod in my Tibia
Deep conversations - I try to answer “how are you?” honestly
Talking about sex on the internet - yes I post about vibrators and you probably don’t want to scroll my feed in front of others
Hosting people in my home -I will always have snacks for you!
Nail polish -I feel fully naked if my nails aren’t painted
My best friends - we have standing week-night dinners and we trade off hosting!
Helping Christian women overcome painful sex - it’s what i’m most passionate about!
